The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing large-scale programs in a healthcare or regulated industry and a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders to achieve transformative outcomes.
**Your Role:**
+ **Program Leadership:** Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact AI and automation programs across multiple functions in the MR R&D SW Organization
