Program Manager, Business Systems, Google Cloud (English)

**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in project/product/program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Experience working with senior-level clients or stakeholders, such as running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.
- Experience with quantitative analysis and building user journeys.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert on compensation plans in the technology industry or cloud.
- Experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders and projects with complex work streams through to completion.
