Program Manager- CASA Functional SME

Functional SME Role Description Tech Mahindra Client is undertaking a multi year regional transformation program for its Asia Pacific business and is seeking to hire a CASA Functional SME to provide oversight and functional direction for the implementation of the CASA platform. The Functional Lead will play a pivotal role in analyzing, documenting and helping to deliver solutions for the Core Banking ‿ CASA Program across multiple APAC markets. This role requires extensive expertise in business analysis, product knowledge, implementation experience of CASA systems, combined with a strong background in international banking exposure . The Functional Lead will be responsible for end to end ownership for the functional requirements , ensuring traceability of the requirements to technical delivery, regulatory compliance, and business objectives while driving innovation across development and integration efforts.
