Program Manager - Construction Focused

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale facility modernization and expansion projects at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant. As a Program Manager, you will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while leading a cross-functional team and communicating effectively with executive leadership and government customers.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale (>$100M) complex Capital Investment projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality delivery.
2. Profit and Loss Management: Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial target achievement.
3. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on project status, progress, and issues.
