**Your Key Responsibilities**

+ The Program Manager I is responsible for being the technical interface between Schaeffler and the customer and is held accountable for ensuring profitability, timing, and performance of projects. This position must bring parties together to ensure the success of a project and assertively react if profitability, timing, or performance is threatened.
