**What you’ll do:**

The Electrical Sector Americas is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the deployment and scaling of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) across the Americas. This role is critical to improving execution predictability, on time delivery, and throughput across complex, multi site programs.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong program leadership, systems thinking, and change management capability, who is passionate about driving enterprise level execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
CCPM Deployment & Execution
• Lead the end to end deployment of CCPM across Electrical Sector programs and portfolios in the Americas.
• Standardize and embed CCPM practices (buffer management, resource synchronization, flow based execution).
• Provide schedule-informed recommendations to Program Managers throughout project execution.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
