Program Manager, Physical Security

What You’ll Do

As our new Physical Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and continuous improvement of Mark Anthony’s physical security technologies and programs. Sitting within IT Operations, this role ensures the protection of people, facilities, and critical assets through the effective oversight of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and vendor‑managed security services. You will partner closely with Facilities, People Operations, Cyber Security, and business leaders to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable physical security solutions across all sites.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection technologies.
• Manage day‑to‑day security operations to ensure systems perform reliably, securely, and in line with business and regulatory requirements.
