GENERAL SUMMARY Looking for someone available in Redlands, Fontana or Rancho Cucamonga Monday thru Thursday School year hours 1-7pm and 3 Saturdays a month 9:15-12:30 Summer hours  2 Mornings 9 - 4ish 2 Afternoons 1- 7ish 3 Saturdays a month 9:15-12:30 The Program Manager is responsible for delivering a high quality personal customer experience by ensuring that Sylvan education programs are delivered by teachers as designed and that the ongoing education needs of Sylvan families are met.  To ensure a personal learning experience, they also monitors student performance, meets regularly with families, and connects with school teachers to help ensure the application of skills learned in the classroom.  They also observes and coaches the teaching staff, ensuring robust instructional experiences.    The Program Manager also communicates with the Center Director regularly to ensure quality and consistency of the customer experience.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Observes and coaches instruction...
