Program Manager

Our local government client is hiring a Master Program Manager to support their team in Washington, DC!! 


Responsibilities:

- Lead teams through all phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using appropriate waterfall and agile methodologies and processes.

- Create project plans, resource plans, program metrics, communication plans and develop analytics supporting delivery of life cycle activities.



Qualifications: 

- Completed bachelor's degree 

- PMP Certification 

- 12+ years' experience as a Project Manager leading four separate multi-year implementation projects within state and/or federal government infrastructures
