JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Business Administration & Compliance, the Program Manager, Water Meters oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and continual improvement of the City of Markham’s water meter program. With over 86,000 water meters across the City, the role leads technical, product, and program expertise in water meters, ensuring the system meets regulatory compliance and aligns with city standards. The position leads a metering team and collaborates with cross‑functional departments to proactively manage water meter assets and reduce service disruptions.
