Program Performance & Controls Analyst

**Description:** The Program Performance & Controls Analyst is the senior program‑management analyst who ensures program schedule, cost, risk, and performance data are accurate, integrated, and presented in a decision‑ready format. The analyst owns the Program Controls framework, drives cross‑functional data alignment, and supplies the executive‑level insight that enables the Program Manager and PMO to keep the program on‑track with its baseline and contractual commitments.
