Requirements:

  • Must possess supervisory skills for both staffing and children
  • Must be able to motivate and work well with a team of staff
  • Must be able to develop and participate in the delivery of creative core programming
  • Must possess Early Childhood Education diploma or University background in child studies, recreation or related experience in professional child care field
  • Must possess valid First Aid/CPR Certification

    • Rate of Pay: $24.17 per hour plus vacation pay.


    Shift times are before school 7:15AM-8:25AM and after school 1:55PM-6:00 PM with 1 hour allotted for weekly staff meetings and 5 hours for Admin time.


    Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge


    Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
