We are looking for a skilled COBOL/Mainframe Developer to support the maintenance and evolution of our core legacy systems.

This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City (CDMX), combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in mainframe environments, excellent problem-solving skills,and the ability to work in both English and Spanish-speaking teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in COBOL programming on IBM mainframe platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency with JCL, CICS,DB2, VSAM, and TSO/ISPF.

Education:

• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science; Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
