Programme Coordinator – CLD (Karachi)

The Program Coordinator CLD will be responsible for monitoring and support for ground activities of Community Learning & Development (CLD) Unit including Aagahi Adult Literacy and Young Learners Non-Formal Education (YLNFE) programme, through visits to Aagahi centers and telephonic surveys/follow ups with different stakeholders for program implementation. Moreover, he/she would be responsible for the training of Region/Area Teams on the processes and procedures pertaining to planning and implementation of Aagahi & data management & analysis.

Program Operations

• Assist in implementing operational level activities as per the work plan to ensure timely execution of activities
• Carry out field level coordination and communication with Regional Teams, Area Teams and TCF Principals to ensure smooth operations, data collection & entry, meet timelines, and deliverables.
• Review and update activity chart and timelines.
