Role Description

The Programme Development Manager leads the design and development (and implementation when required) of high-quality, evidence-based and results-oriented of new programme initiatives. The position translates programme evidence, contextual analysis, partner and Plan priorities; and, donor requirements into compelling development project designs using a results-based management (RBM) approach, including Theory of Change, results frameworks, logical frameworks, indicators, baselines, targets, risk analysis, sustainability and value-for-money considerations.
DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE
Lead and coordinate the development of high-quality concept notes and proposals for development and, where relevant, humanitarian-development nexus projects.
