Programme Manager

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is recruiting a Programme Manager Safer & Stronger Communities to lead the commissioning of Greater Manchester Rehabilitation Services for People on Probation.
You will lead the programme through needs assessment, service design and early market engagement, and support procurement development activities working across GMCA, Local Authorities, the Probation Service/HMPPS and VCSE partners to improve outcomes and reduce reoffending.
  
This post provides additional short-term capacity to lead the commissioning programme, including needs assessment, service design, market engagement and procurement support.
