If so TXM Recruit are partnered with a major railway client to recruit a Programme Manager to join them based in East Midlands on a 6-month contract basis paying up to £600 per day (outside IR35).

We are seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi?disciplinary engineering programmes that are critical to our strategic objectives. This role requires a proven leader who can operate confidently across technical, commercial, and operational domains while driving performance, governance, and value for money.
