Job Purpose

Job purpose: Ensure that all customer project implementations are delivered within the committed time frames. Facilitate and drive all the necessary end-to-end requirements in terms of successful project implementation. The incumbent will be working with internal and external teams which is not limited to Internal Sales, Suppliers, Customers, Support, and the Installs team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Critical Outputs:

• Plan and implement the project according to customer specifications.
• Co-ordinate and brief the team members involved in completing the project.
• Ensure that the project is run within the agreed budget and according to the guidelines.
• Track and monitor the project and identify any deviations from the plan.
• Report on the project at all stages and update the clients accordingly.
