Role Description
Full-time Regular Project Administrator for the Biomedical Engineering Department within the Schulich School of Engineering. The role reports to the Manager, Department Operations and provides accurate information and guidance related to Research Services, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Human Resources. The position requires a 35‑hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., predominantly on campus.
Research Support
- Provide advice to faculty, staff and graduate students regarding established University policies and regulations related to research projects.
- Advise faculty on granting agency rules and regulations, ensuring all expenses are eligible and supported.
- Coordinate with university partners for establishing and ensuring compliance of new research accounts and projects.
- Monitor research accounts to confirm correct revenue receipt, follow up with research accounting as required.
