  Description 
 We are looking for a detail-oriented  Project Administrator  to join our ICT department. This role will focus on project coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement.

 
  Responsibilities 
 Manage financial aspects of ICT projects, including invoice processing, purchase order creation, and cash journal entries
 Oversee contract and purchase order lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and terminations
 Manage manpower resource requests, coordinate interviews, and track employee performance appraisals
 Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including CVs, invoices, and progress reports
 Handle security clearance processes for new candidates
 
  Requirements 
 Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of IT project administration experience
 Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP, budgeting)
