Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role: 

Lead and manage architectural projects across all RIBA stages
Develop design concepts and oversee the production of technical drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Manage planning applications and ensure compliance with UK building regulations
Oversee internal teams and junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance
Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and monitor project progress
