Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.
• Monitors design process from ideation to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
• Performs assignments and arrives at solutions by receiving instructions on assignment objectives.
• Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Architecture with license.
• With at least 3 years of experience in construction.
• Knowledgeable in architectural standards, building codes, and AutoCAD operation.
• Proficient in using various Microsoft software applications.
