Project Architect

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; licensed Architect is preferred

• Preferably with experience in high-end residential projects

• With 3–4 years of solid experience as a Project Architect

• Proficient in architectural design, project coordination, and construction documentation

• Strong project management and site coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

• Demonstrates integrity, initiative, flexibility, and a proactive work attitude

• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams

• Willing to conduct site visits and attend project meetings as required
