Role Description

Performs the end-to-end purchasing activities guaranteeing quality, cost and lead-time, in compliance with Suez procurement/ company policies, HSE and Ethics standards.
Performs activities of purchasing goods & services based on defined constraints as cost, quality and deadlines.
Negotiates and commits to purchases of goods and services, in accordance with the set objectives. Implements the purchasing strategy and manages his/her procurement packages in compliance with Project constraints.
Coordinates his/her actions and commitments with categories managers and/ or SCPM.
Identifies and manages procurement risks and opportunities and ensures suppliers qualification as per SRM policy.
Deals exclusively with the supplier relationship (sourcing, assessment, evaluation, claims) and ensures interface with both internal (engineering, proposal) and external stakeholders.
