Job Description

A Project Cadet is an entry-level developmental role designed for recent graduates to gain comprehensive exposure to the construction lifecycle. Under the mentorship of senior staff, the Project Cadet assists with administrative, technical, and logistical tasks to support overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative, technical, and logistical tasks supporting overall project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Construction Technology.
• Basic knowledge of Procore, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
