Project Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager (PCM) to oversee and drive project controls activities for our Subsea Installation EPC Project. The PCM will ensure effective cost management, planning, scheduling, risk evaluation, and reporting while adhering to contractual and internal standards. This role is critical in providing actionable insights to the project team, ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and cost control for all project phases, including bid proposals, FEED, and EPCI.
• Develop and maintain project baselines, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with contract milestones.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Commercial, and Risk teams to assess contingencies and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms related to cost and schedule, working closely with Contracts and Procurement teams.
