This position requires a high level of skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to estimating, cost engineering, and schedule management problems including knowledge of project development activities, project execution, risk management, construction management, and operating plant interfaces. • Works under the direction of the Global Director of Project Controls. • Provides functional support of all project control activities in MDR with a focus on project cost control activities on a project. • Provides input to major project execution plans and control budgets. • Conducts periodic reviews of the forecast of major projects. • Provides functional oversight of project and management reporting as deemed appropriate or required. • Provides oversight of execution strategy's changes on key projects. • Ensures that Project Control deliverables are satisfied in a manner that aligns with the established guidelines, polici...
