Project Coordinator

NOW HIRING: PROJECT COORDINATOR (ICI CONSTRUCTION) - CAMBRIDGE, ON

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a growing ICI construction team delivering complex projects across Southern Ontario.

This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery from start to finish, working closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple construction projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Track budgets, costs, progress draws, and invoice reconciliation
