Project Coordinator - Civil Engineering

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project managers and field crews. You will interpret civil engineering drawings, perform material and labour takeoffs, track project data in Excel, and maintain clear communication between office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret civil engineering drawings to complete accurate material and labour takeoffs

Use Microsoft Excel for cost tracking, takeoff summaries, labour logs, procurement sheets, and project dashboards.

Act as a liaison between project managers, field crews, suppliers, and clients — providing updates on drawing changes, material requests, and schedules.
