Establish and maintain Unit Price database for takeoff and material ordering purposes Provide leadership to Business Development opportunities Maintain files and correspondence on active project Develop and maintains positive relationships with clients, consultants and sub-trades Maintain office department policies, procedures and standards Assess and update “quantity” Contract Document templates Responsible for accuracy of quantity takeoff submissions Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of materials Provide Value engineering on materials as neede...
