Project Coordinator Intern– Data Centre (Telecom / ICT / ELV)

Job Description

• Project Coordination: Assist in scheduling, document control, and tracking of vital project documentation (RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings).
• Site Management: Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to monitor daily activities in critical Data Centre environments.
• System Implementation Support: Help coordinate the installation of ICT/Telecom networks (Structured Cabling, MDF/IDF rooms, rack installations) and ELV systems (CCTV, Biometric Access).
• Logistics & Tracking: Assist in tracking critical long-lead materials (fiber, active equipment) and coordinating just-in-time deliveries to meet restricted Data Centre access rules.
• Testing & Handover: Support the team during testing phases (Fiber OTDR, Copper testing) and help compile final handover documentation and asset registers.
