Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION



- Liaise with customers regarding new project approval & go / no-go decision.

- Liaise with internal planner for project monitoring and tracking.

- Liaise with purchasing department for incoming mould materials and accessories orders.

- Prepare technical reports for mould repairing and monitor progress with supervisor according to the lead time provided.

- Liaise with QC department regarding part dimension measurements and follow up with customers for their

dimension reports.

- Handle ISO documentation.

- Attend product testing as requested and prepare reports for internal discussion.

- Liaise with CADCAM (Design) department regarding product defects for reference and improvement.



REQUIRED SKILLS



- Basic knowledge of ISO documentation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Fluent in English and Malay.

- Good customer service skills.
