Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage and oversee lighting projects from our office. This role involves maintaining strong client relations, troubleshooting installation issues, and effectively scheduling and dispatching technicians.
Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee product delivery to clients.

+ Ensure site safety and compliance with procedures; conduct training as necessary.

+ Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules.

+ Review Purchase Orders and Sales logs daily to update crew schedules.

+ Oversee material orders and delivery schedules.

+ Communicate with General Contractors to provide updates on delivery and work times.

+ Conduct daily debriefs of work performed and compile reports.

+ Validate and award subcontractors for project work.

+ Perform quality control on project completion.
