Our Project Management (PM) unit provides technical/programmatic/support services in Birches Group's consulting practice critical to achieving the organization’s mission through the provision of project management services and substantive expertise in project execution. The PM team engages International Organizations and Bilateral organizations to expand consulting services in the context of projects.

The Project Coordinator, as a member of the PM team, supports project management ensuring consistency and conformity of delivery according to Birches Group standards. The timely and consistent provision of services that conform to established procedures is essential in ensuring the integrity of project management and in promoting effective/efficient services to the larger consulting program of Birches Group.
