We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator for our Vancouver branch to support the delivery of client‑facing IT projects from concept through go‑live and transition to support. Working closely with senior project managers and consultants, you will play a key role in coordinating plans, communications, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects while building a strong foundation for a career in IT project management.

Day in the Life

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery activities for client IT projects (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, modern workplace, security, and business applications) under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
• Own and maintain project schedules: build and update project plans, track milestones and dependencies, and keep calendars aligned across internal teams and client stakeholders.
