Salary: $160-200k plus super (negotiable on experience)

About the Role:
 
Opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of a Solar and BESS pipeline across Australia.
 
You’ll lead projects end-to-end — from greenfield origination and site acquisition through to planning approvals and financial close — playing a key role in building out a major renewable energy portfolio.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle development of solar and BESS projects
• Identify and secure greenfield opportunities
• Manage DA approvals and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee grid connection process (AEMO/NSPs)
• Develop commercial models and business cases
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project risks
