Project Director

Overview

The Project Director leads Chandos’ construction delivery for a portfolio of assigned projects, directly and through a team of project managers. This role is accountable for full lifecycle delivery—from preconstruction and bidding through construction and close‑out—while building client relationships, supporting business development, and developing high‑performing project teams. The Project Director ensures projects meet schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction objectives and embeds continuous improvement across teams.
