Project Engineer (PLC/SCADA)

About the role This is a position with a leading Industrial Automation & SCADA Solutions Provider (System Integrator). The role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for PLC, SCADA, RTU, server, workstation, and network systems. Key responsibilities Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for PLC, SCADA, RTU, server, workstation, and network systems.
Perform system upgrades, firmware updates, patch management, database backup, and disaster recovery testing.
Investigate and resolve system faults, alarms, communication issues, and equipment failures.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, telecom providers, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA compliance.
Support project implementation, testing, commissioning, and system enhancement works.
Prepare technical documentation, method statements, risk assessments, testing reports, and handover documents.
