Project Engineer SR (Industrial Engineer)

Basic Function

Location: On site – Juarez, Nuevo León, México

Under the supervision of the Project Specialist /CIC, this position is responsible for implementing the adequate manufacturing processes and the continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving efficiency and productivity, as well as decreasing waste and cost. Improve working conditions using engineering techniques, update the standard times for all activities in the production areas, perform 5S audits, and give follow‑up to KOS savings.

• Develop activities such as cycle‑time reduction, worker effort and inventory reduction, floor improvement, to improve work conditions and reduce or eliminate waste.
