Project Executive

Purpose

• Support the operations and client service teams by managing research projects for the Business Unit.
• Act as a project executive for commissioned projects, ensuring adherence to agreed requirements and timelines.
• Continuously improve project management skills.

Outputs / Accountability

• Schedule, set up, and ensure completion of all project phases (planning, research design, questionnaire design, field execution, data analysis, reporting, cost analysis).
• Prepare detailed project plans and negotiate estimates while maintaining target margin.
• Coordinate with field and data processing teams for project briefing and monitoring.
• Deliver multiple proposals and presentations on schedule.
• Conduct formal budget performance and financial reviews of projects.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with operations and client service teams.
