Qualification – A chartered accountant or a MBA from a reputed business school with a prior experience of 10 years Key Responsibilities: ·Financial modeling, preparation of teaser, information memorandum and presentation for onward sharing with lenders and investors. ·Preparation of financial models to check the viability& feasibility of the projectsby performing variousscenario analyses. ·Reviewof legal documentsleading to definitive agreements. ·Coordination betweenvarious transaction advisorsviz technical, financialand legal for structuring the transaction, preparation of materials including TEV study reports, LLC reports/opinions for lenders and investors ·Interaction with clients and lenders to comply with the loan disbursement conditions. ·All aspectsof an engagement – ascertaining issues, functional overview& analysis, identifying gaps, synthesizing project estimates to conclusions.
