Recording and processing of all incoming inquiries and orders in the mailbox
Order data management
Preparation and moderation of the weekly order intake meeting
Preparation and implementation of the weekly project status meeting with all project managers to monitor progress
Collecting and summarizing project team capacity planning
Writing monthly and annual reports
Support of the department management regarding reporting
