Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for ongoing linguistic projects to ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Manage the Triple Constraint: balancing project scope, budget, and aggressive timelines without compromising linguistic integrity.
• Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Review project plans, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify, create and document process improvements across the department.
• Lead regular status reviews and executive reporting.
• Build and maintain a proprietary database of vetted linguists located in the Philippines.
