Project Management Specialist

OVERVIEW:

• Project Conceptualization & Planning: Develops project concepts, conducts site evaluations, and prepares business plans for new developments.
• Feasibility & Financial Analysis: Conducts market analysis, financial modeling, and valuations to determine project profitability.
• Project Management & Monitoring: Manages project timelines (timetables/schedules), budgets, and quality standards from planning to completion.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Liaises between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical/Design) and external stakeholders.
• Reporting: Prepares regular status reports and updates for management.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
