Project Manager

The Project Manager at Sage HCM leads client projects from discovery to go-live, ensuring successful deployment of our HCM platform and consistently positive client experience. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will manage multiple concurrent client implementations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Time & Attendance modules—coordinating with Implementation Managers, Configuration Specialists, QA, and Developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet each client’s contractual scope, timeline, and expectations.

*This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite*

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of HCM implementation projects following Criterion’s Project •Delivery Framework, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
