Project Manager – Office to Residential Conversion

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000

Location: Near Beaconsfield

Regions: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire

An ambitious privately owned developer is looking for a Project Manager to assume responsibility of a c.£9m office to residential conversion. The project will include some structural alteration and new build elements along with service connections and drainage along with the sequencing of internal trades when fitting out.

Responsibilities

• As the project lead you will be reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager and be responsible for all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed within time and budget whilst ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
