Own end‑to‑end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Create and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.

Lead project kick‑off, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and retrospectives.

Proactively identify risks and issues, driving mitigation and escalations as required.

Ensure adherence to Rightpoint project management methodology and delivery standards.
