Role Description

Responsibilities:
Full coordination of the EAST projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
Preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource plans
Ensuring effective collaboration between the involved departments
Preparation of status reports and presentations on the project for management
Independent handling of operational tasks, supporting daily operations
Active participation in coordination activities and relieving management in decision-making
Application of LEAN tools and methodology (process improvement, waste reduction, standardization)
Identification of risks and deviations arising during the projects, development of solution proposals, and tracking of necessary actions
Continuous improvement of operational and project processes, identification, and sharing of effective solutions within the team
