We're seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end execution for a client—managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional teams to deliver on-brief, on-time, and within scope. You'll act as the operational lead and primary point of contact, ensuring seamless production from planning through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for Dermstore's monthly content program, overseeing planning through final delivery.
• Manage a high-volume production slate of up to 22 videos per month, including employee, product, and expert-led content.
• Develop and maintain detailed timelines, trackers, and production calendars to keep all deliverables on schedule.
• Build, update, and manage tasks and deadlines in Monday.com on a daily basis.
• Track scope closely, monitoring deliverables to ensure the team stays within contracted hours and flags overages or risks proactively.
