Job Description
We are partnering with a large automotive client to hire a Project Manager to support the Customer Experience Product Management team in a fast‑moving, non‑traditional delivery environment. This role is focused on keeping large, cross‑functional initiatives organized, visible, and moving forward—particularly where Business Analysts do not have the bandwidth to act as the central communication hub. The Project Manager will support a portfolio of initiatives by setting up projects correctly, driving kickoffs, maintaining delivery plans, and serving as a liaison across Product, Engineering, Design (including Merkle), Marketing, Operations, and SBR stakeholders. They will partner closely with Development Managers on workload planning and development readiness, monitor testing plans and constraints, track dependencies and deferred work, and proactively surface risks, gaps, and release impacts.
